They were friendly. They held our luggage. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. And they even had housekeeping come for a two night stay.
And great location if you want to use public transportation. L2 and L3 were 1 1/2 to 2 blocks away!

Unfortunately there is currently septic work which smells ongoing in the street in front of the building which detracts from experience. The interior is one of the nicest places we stayed in Spain. Had AC, regular person at counter to check in, and allowed bag storage prior to check-in.

Double bed with en suite for solo traveller, amenities were good for my needs. Reception staff were polite and helpful.
