Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room.

Was overall pleased with accommodation at Rose Farm Inn. Was very convenient to walk across to Spring House where I attended a wedding. Also easy walk to Old Harbor, shops & restaurants. Staff very pleasant. I enjoyed having breakfast offered onsite
