The breakfast and service were great. The house and rooms were clean.I would have liked more than one bottle of water per person for a two night stay. The hot tea,coffee and cookies were nice but there weren’t mugs to use.

The Steamboat is a beautiful old home. Parking is onsite. The host, Carol, is very nice, and her breakfasts and table settings were delightful! The B&B is located on a hill close to Main Street, we walked to dinner one night.

Beautiful home, felt like a step back in time. Kind and thoughtful hosts. The little touches like coffee service, cheese and wine happy hour, fresh cookies in the evening, were much appreciated. The breakfast was amazing! Convenient parking in the rear- we walked everywhere and let the car sit during our visit.

the breakfasts were amazing. Carol and Kate were great hosts. My wife and I only had one complaint, that was the bed was way too soft. This is obviously personal preference. We would definitely stay here again. Galenda is an historical town with a lot of charm. We loved our trip. The Steamboat House was a great place to stay. Thanks Carol and Kate.
