Outside was nice and inside was clean. Bed was comfortable but we couldn't get the temperature right in the room.
Lady at the front desk was sort of sullen and curt. The morning guy was nice. Our supper was ok but not up to the price we paid. The corned beef was dry and tasteless and the red cabbage was old. Breakfast was ok but pancakes were tough and chewy. Scones were good.

Pretty on the inside
There was an awful odor in the hotel and especially our room. Even upon unpacking at home my clothes carried that odor. Didn’t care for the loud music or the pub

The Irish Cottage Inn & Suites did a great job making it feel like you were in Ireland — the theming really set the mood. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10 with great quality and selection. I also loved the amenities: the library, pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all a nice bonus and well kept. Overall a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
The only issue during my stay was with the front desk. Staff rarely greeted us when we came in or out of the hotel and were very quiet. A simple hello or welcome would have gone a long way in making the atmosphere feel more friendly and inviting. Everything else was excellent, but that small touch of hospitality was missing.

The theme. We have stayed before.
The furniture in our room was so scratched and banged up.
The towels were very disappointing for the price range and it being a boutique hotel.
Resort Fees for what exactly.
Money taken out of my debit card when we were told we could pay with another card.
Not having turn down service. I went to ask for towels from the cleaners and they could not understand a word I said. We were unable to communicate.
