Hannah and Bling were amazing! They were helpful with all reccomendations and were kind enough to help book our transfers to Ninh Binh for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone looking to situate themselves in a good location for getting into the Old Quarter without it being too busy. Lovely quiet street as well!

The location is very convenient. Right in the middle of the old quarter, but the best is surely the attention and personalized care of the hotel team, especially Kevin and Hanna, who were so helpful through all our stay. Really remarkable customer service and friendliness.

The staff were young but lovely and very accommodating. Room was quite large for the area -Old Town, Hanoi
There were no communal areas like a lounge/sitting area (just one or two chairs in reception)
No swimming pool as advertised (it was in a sister hotel)
