Waterfront location was nice but you are isolated from shopping and other restaurants. The clerk at check-in was cold and pressured us to reserve and prepay for dinner and breakfast. Don’t.
While the parking is free, it’s unlikely to be available after 6 pm on weekends. If you leave for dinner good luck finding a space later.
We had dinner there one night and it was good but expensive for what you get. Our room was nice but not luxury class and cost $280 a night.
Unfortunately the combination of a snooty clerk and high price we would not recommend or return. I would stay in Ft. William instead.

Hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The beach pods were a unique experience, so well designed and it felt so special to hear the sound of the waves. Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. The staff were very helpful. The dinner was the best I had on our trip to Scotland.
