Staff were fantastic and took great care of us, letting us check in early after an overnight flight. Facilities and property were beautiful and Tracadero's was a great meal with entertainment.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay.
The only minor drawback was that the advertised swimming pool and gym are not located on-site and are approximately 4 miles away. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

An amazing hotel, so classy, the old castle has be renovated to a very high level and the new part is amazing.
The staff were excellent, helpful, attentive, friendly.
Grounds are lovely even with the noise of the main road in the distance but in the hotel you hear nothing.
Breakfast was superb.
Need to find a reason to go back.
