The location is great and on the Camino. The single room in terms of size and bed were as advertised.
It did not feel like a hotel. Reception was not manned most of the time i walked past. The room was very spartan and did not have any teas or coffee making r equipment nor supplies. No fridge either. Maybe i was expecting a bit much.

The hotel is located directly at the bus station of Nájera. It has an elevator. The receptionist was friendly. The hotel has a café on the ground floor.
Check-in time was 14:00h. We made a request for check-in 13:00h, which was approved positively (via booking.com message system(. But then, when we arrived at 13:00h, nobody was there to proceed the check-in. Counter was closed. So we asked at the café. The staff told us, check-in not before 14:00. Further the towels were not complete - had to ask for a 2nd towel. There were only 1 electrical socket for 2 beds - and even that one was unsafe.
