Never again

There was a welcome package of ice cubes, tub of ice cream and bottle of water in the fridge.

The toilet got blocked and we called for maintenance to come sort it out but they never showed up and I ended up having to unblock it myself with no tools ( was not a good experience ). We put a load into the washing machine and it malfunctioned and destroyed all of our clothes and we have had no response to date from management about compensation.

Great location, clean and spacious

The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was lovely.

The shower soaks the bathroom floor so have to mop after every shower. The stairs leading up to the apartment are in need of some repairs and are slightly damaged.

Las respuestas rápida del responsable de la reserva.

La persona encargada de entregar las llaves, no me las entregó en mano y había un cajetin para ello. Me las dejo en un sitio no adecuado para ello. Y aún pidiendo otra sábana ya q solo había una y éramos dos personas no me lo han proporcionado. Y por ultitquisuerin cobrarme un seguro o una fianza que no figuraba en el momento de la reserva.

La terraza TV con Netflix

La ducha(tenía cortinas y se salía mucho el agua) Faltaban utensilios de cocina y algún estropajo vendría bien para fregar los platos.
