Good but the small ants hurts me and my travel bag has a small bugs

There’s a lot of small red ants that hurt me in my buddy and there’s also white bugs this was in the living room area near the bed

Couldn't sleep

The apartment location although it's still 15min walk from the first metro station with steep hills and in summer its not quickly done

Booking process – Incredibly complicated and endless. After booking on Booking.com, we had to go through a second process via another website link, filling in pages of admin forms. It honestly felt worse than going through border control. Conditions – We had to read and accept around 10 pages of their conditions, only to discover hidden surprises: Arriving after 7pm (due to our flight schedule) was considered a late check-in and came with an extra €30 charge. On top of that, we learned only then that we’d have to pay a tourist tax of nearly €200 on arrival. Constant messages – We were literally spammed with around 15 confusing messages from their system after booking. Most repeated the same questions or asked for information we had already provided. Instead of helping, it created more stress. Arrival nightmare – We couldn’t even select our “late arrival time” properly in their system, though it was allowed at the time of booking. Worse: when we arrived, nobody was there to welcome us, even though we had shared our flight details, time, and date in advance. After finally reaching the person in charge, he admitted he had forgotten. Because of the late hour, the metro was closed and he couldn’t arrive for another 45 minutes. When he finally showed up, annoyed at having left his family dinner, he still asked us for the €30 late fee! Considering we had been waiting for more than an hour, in the rain and in the dark, I refused. He accused us of “insulting” him and not respecting his efforts. Truly unbelievable. And we had to pay it or he wanted us out right away ! Imagine that... So welcoming. The keybox joke – The next morning in daylight, we discovered there was a keybox on the door with the code 12345… inside was a spare key. Meaning anyone could have accessed the apartment if they figured it out. Why then the drama the night before? Completely absurd.

Amplasarea locatiei, distanta fata de metrou si magazinele pentru procurarea produselor necesare sederii in bune conditii. Apartamentul corespunde cu pozele, curat si modern cu toate utilitatile necesare unei sederi de o durata mai mare de 5-6 zile. O meniune expresa - pentru preluarea cheilor de urmat indicatiile gazdei, nu mentiunea adresei de pe Booking, deoarece la locatie se poate intra din 2 strazi care sunt perpendiculare.

Vecinii de la apartamentul de deasupra destul de galagiosi la ore inaintate din noapte (cu mentiunea ca nu stiu daca erau turisti sau locatari constanti)
