Very cool vibes!!! The property is very clean, rooms are large and well appointed, bed and linens are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Otis Harbor Springs. The property is beautifully designed, with a thoughtful, comfortable feel throughout. The bed was especially comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided—a small but really nice touch. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything about the stay felt easy and well considered. We would happily stay again when visiting Harbor Springs.
The morning coffee service starts a little late at 8:00 a.m.; an earlier option would be appreciated. The shower soap rack is unfortunately positioned directly in the middle of the wall, making it difficult to shower without bumping into it it would be much better placed under the shower head or on the opposite wall. The bathrooms also feel quite outdated, and the carpets had noticeable stains. Overall, the property is expensive for what it offers, although it remains one of the best lodging options in the area.

Great place to stay when skiing or going to wineries. Nice updated mid century modern design. Great bar and restaurant. Was great value for money.
The bed is just too soft for me. I wish the mattress would be better.

Comfortable beds. Clean room friendly staff. Nice bar with on site.
Loud air conditioner. Noisy rooms that need more insulating. No coffee or tea in the lobby (pay for coffee option). Very overpriced for the quality.
