Room was spacious, clean, bright, comfy. Cleaning lady was super nice as well. The supermarket is literally steps away from the front door, laundrette as well.

Dobrá poloha, blízko centra, veľa parkovacích miest pri ubytovaní, hneď za domom bol výjazd na cyklocestu do centra popri krásnom kanáli, obchod so skvelým ovocim hned oproti:)
Velmi hlučná klimatizácia, nevyspali sme sa dobre.

I cuscini erano abbastanza scomodi, la doccia perdeva acqua da sotto e durante la notte c'era un grillo nel soffitto del bagno (però giustamente non è una colpa del host)

The room was spacious, the bed was big and the A/C was working, cleaning was thorough and the cleaning professional was a lovely person
The check-in process (happens on the website) is extremely tedious and also requires every resident to upload their ID data to an website hosted by the hotel with no clarifications on data storage (as required by GDPR)
Additionally, due to the time lag that happens between filling out the form and receiving the room key code, I had to call the assistance (otherwise I would be stranded outside), where:
1. Any caller is met by a really-not-helpful AI assistant that cannot pronounce numbers in english even when operating in english
2. And is then (after about 5 minutes) transferred to a call centre operator that actually yelled at me, told me something unintelligible and then, when politely asked to repeat the sentence due to the poor network signal, hung up. And he never called back. How’s that for customer service?
Next, the door lock is as inconvenient as it gets. Works based on pure luck despite being a mechanical one.
Finally, every shower leads to a massive flood on the floor, as the shower enclosure is not watertight at the bottom
