The place was big and comfortable, with parking and a washing machine. The place wasn’t clean enough on arrival and they sent another cleaning crew at our request which was nice.
I think it isn’t mentioned enough in the reviews- it is hard to locate the house, and impossible to get to without a car, and a small car to cross in the very narrow streets. As mentioned the floor was dirty when we arrived (though they did come to clean). Only half the units have a rooftop balcony. Ours didn’t have one.
In my eyes the house is far too expensive for what you get.

Clean modern house in a good position with a view of Mount Fuji.
Tedious and time consuming check in. It took me about 20 minutes to complete all the passport details followed by the same questions so that I could receive a QR code to register on a tablet in the lounge which then asked me to call to verify my identity!!!
Irritating enough but no one answers!
We are staying in an apartment in Saitama and the check in for that was so much easier.
