Good enough if you dont use the sofa bed

Good location and customer support. Value for money

The sofa bed is not comfortable and its placed by the door. Im sure it goes against safety rules in case of evacuation, because you cant open the front door (and only exit since there is no window) when the sofa bed is set. The fact that the key is a mobile app makes it impossible to open if you have no battery or internet access.

A convenient and perfectly located starting point for sightseeing and enjoying Valencia's urban life

The apartment is perfectly located in a residential area with regular urban life around it (plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, churrerias, greengrocers, shops, busses going in various directions, and an underground station not far away), but at the same time mostly quiet, with the main streets and traffic some metres away. (Make sure you do not miss an absolutely splendid Columbian restaurant in the vicinity; it may not look like much, but the food is simply glorious.) The City of Arts and Sciences could be seen almost the moment we left the apartment, and walking there took less than 10 minutes; the beach and the historic city centre could also be reached on foot (about half an hour walk; with busses available, too). The apartment itself was perhaps not exactly cosy, but certainly comfortable enough, perfectly clean, with a very spacious bathroom and shower, more than enough towels and bed-linen (I particularly enjoyed a huge, very soft blanket), quite adequately equipped kitchen and pleasant-looking furniture. Wi-fi worked fine and was good quality. Opening the apartment with an app was surprisingly convenient though I'm not a great fan of having to set up an account and download the app. The host was very helpful and patient when initially (before coming to Valencia yet) some issues emerged with the app, and she was ready to arrange another way for us to get into the apartment (thank you once again).

I'm just guessing that tea-drinking might not be a very Spanish thing, but a kettle would be much appreciated. While there were cafes galore around with very good and very cheap coffee almost round the clock, one sometimes fancies a cup of tea at home, especially when settling comfortably on a sofa after a day of sightseeing in a rather inclement weather. Besides, we spent three nights in the apartment and on the third day the hot water was not really available; it was not even properly lukewarm. With nicer weather, it would not have been much of a problem, but, unfortunately, it was windy, humid and chilly outside.

Good Apartment. Clean Rooms. Good Location.

- The Location is very good. Very close to metro and bus stops. - The apartment was very clean and in good condition. Very well maintained. - The apartment has all the basic amenities required. - The locking system is through app so requires no keys.

- This is specifically not related to the apartment but mainly related to management/host. The back story is that I booked my apartment initially for 3nights Sat(Check-in)- Tue(Check-out). But due to flights issue I wanted to change dates to Sun(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). Booking.com did show the availability, so I raised request for date change which was rejected. But it was strange that the owner allowed for date extension but did not allow date change. So eventually I had to extend my stay to Sat(Check-in)- Wed(Check-out). As the apartment was available I really wish that owner should have been a bit flexible on date change.

Posizione buona per spostarsi con i mezzi (bici o autobus). Nei dintorni presenti molti market e locali per mangiare. Parco Turia a 15 minuti a piedi.

Assenza di finestre, se non quella sulla porta che dava direttamente sul marciapiede.
