We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean, safe, well-equipped, and all the appliances worked perfectly. It was simply a cozy place to stay.
The staff were exceptionally kind. Carolina was always available whenever we had questions or needed anything. She is such a warm-hearted person! When we asked for fresh towels, a lovely member of the cleaning staff brought them to us straight away.
The location is excellent, safe, and quiet. There are plenty of great shopping options nearby, and the city center is very easy and quick to reach by bus.
The only thing we missed was a small oven or air fryer, which we didn’t see in the kitchen. That would make the apartment’s amenities absolutely perfect. But that’s really just nitpicking!

Carolina was exceptionally kind and made a genuine effort to help, including proposing alternative accommodation. Her communication was warm and professional.
Apartment A has extremely poor sound insulation. Its glass entrance opens directly onto the pavement beside a four-lane road, so traffic and motorbikes sound almost as though they were inside. Even with earplugs, brown noise and the ceiling fan, I struggled to sleep for several nights. At this price, the comfort and value for money were far below expectations.
