Location was perfect, good parking and a lovely historic building
Ordered a chicken and a halloumi gyros, barely edible and cold. Room was ok but the temp control on the shower didn’t work so stuck on scalding hot, been mentioned in previous reviews but clearly not mended. The mattress was shocking, more of a pile of springs! There was a band on Saturday night which finished 11pm but then noise till late. Granted it’s a pub but I think there should be something warning on wkend bookings about the noise, we’d have stayed elsewhere. The rooms are directly over the bar and walkway. Breakfast was ok
