Beautiful location would just pick a different cabin next time
The location
First extremely hard to get a hold of someone. Had to go through booking. Finally get a hold of somebody and we were told we were double booked sorry for the inconvenience the day of our trip and we were coming from four hours away. Figure it out hours later which then delayed our trip but still had to pick up keys to property at another location. When I asked if they could help us out they were rude and said well you have to pass through here to get to property. I didn’t know that and was asking for help since we were inconvenienced by the situation. Ok then asked for a later check out since we lost half our day. Was denied. There was empathy for what had happened no wanting to make sure we as paying guests were feeling secured in renting from them House creek’s A LOT beds were super uncomfortable, mold in downstairs bathroom, few pans, also have to limit showers due to running out of hot water, limited supplies if you need more you need to go to local store and purchase, grills looked as if they have sat for years, no real outdoor fire pit looked as of another guest made one themselves, not to mention the decor! My granddaughters were a little scared. You feel as if eyes are watching your every step to much decor without a real theme. Just to much.
