We really enjoyed our stay overall and felt that the villa has so much potential. It’s in a lovely, peaceful gated complex and the location is very convenient. La Zenia is around a 10-minute walk away, and Cabo Roig is approximately 25–30 minutes on foot. A car would probably be useful if you wanted to explore further afield and enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants and areas.
As the villa sleeps six people, it would be helpful to have enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably together. There were also only four sunbeds available, so having a couple more would be useful when the villa is occupied by six guests.
We also felt that the cleanliness could perhaps be given a little more attention, particularly the floors inside and some of the outside areas. The pool area looked as though it could have benefited from a more thorough clean. There were also some inflatables left by previous guests in a corner by the pool, which made the area look a little untidy, and it didn’t appear that this area had been cleaned around them. The large windows in the living area could also have benefited from a clean, as they were quite noticeable.
There were also a few small maintenance points that we thought might be worth looking at. One of the outside tiles had lifted and appeared to need repairing, and there was some peeling wallpaper in the downstairs bedroom. We also noticed a rather unusual smell when entering the villa. We weren’t sure what this was caused by, although we wondered whether it might possibly have been related to the air conditioning.
The outside furniture, particularly at the front of the property, could perhaps benefit from being refreshed or replaced over time. The clothes airers were also quite worn and would probably benefit from being replaced.

It’s the 2nd time we’ve stayed as it’s a lovely large property near some nice restaurants on a quiet safe community
It’s started showing it’s age and for the price we were surprised and disappointed as there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing
