The apartment has one of the best locations, it's super quiet due to the windows facing towards the inner yard, the terrace is as on the picture.
The design is also very pleasant, everything in great condition. Elevator till the apartment.
There are two thinks that make me not feel like coming back. First is the constant smell of pipes coming from the bathroom (stronger in the night and morning). Something was not done well when it come to sewage system. This is constant and upsetting. You sit in a lovely living room and smell the drains.
Second is communication- everything very slowly, the guy who checked us in didn't even pick up when I called next day, nor he called back. Once I sent and email the answer was 12h later (not very helpful if you need something urgent), the whole correspondence is in Spanish, also shows the approach to the customer. The 300 euros deposit takes few weeks to be given back. So overall, despite the central location and beautiful flat, I will not stay there again.
