Thi property is convenience, 1 mi ute walk from la Spezia Centrale and within walking distance to shops, port, San Georgio castle... the staff is very attentive to anything you need, place is cozy, very clean and safe.

The apartment was beautifully renovated and spacious. Location very central, just by the central railway station. Cleaning was perfect and the cleaner very kind. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!

Excellent stay! The space isn’t very large, but it’s more than enough for two people and was very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size, and everything was very clean and well maintained.
The location is also excellent: less than a five-minute walk from the train station, with two supermarkets nearby—one right across the street and another just around the corner.
I also accidentally didn’t contact the host before my arrival, but as soon as I did, she was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me right away. Communication was excellent, and she was very kind and responsive throughout the stay.
Overall, a great place to stay: clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and with a very helpful host. I would definitely stay here again.
