Service was exceptional, warm, helpful.
Was a breeze to arrange complimentary transport to and fro BBT.
Facilities were very clean
Swimming pools were a nice place to chill and relax
Rooms were spacious, very well designed with sufficient amenities - the usual stuff plus iron and ironing board in each room. Nice balcony to relax in the morning with a nice view of the ocean.

Even though it was a 2-night stay, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed throughout my travels. The room is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly as well. As I was celebrating my anniversary with my spouse, the general manager of the hotel wrote a welcome postcard to us, and the hotel also prepared pastries and cake, and also decorated the bed upon our arrival. The food in the hotel is delicious too, and there are plenty of activities to do in the hotel. The hotel also arranges a complimentary transfer from the terminal to the hotel, and the ride was very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend staying in this hotel!
I have to give 9/10 for my review as after using the bath tub in the room, I thought the draining of the water would be alright but the water leaked to the floor instead.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff and service were impeccable throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!
