Place is good, be prepared for a not good welcoming from Leandro.

Inconvenient and high price

Location and the building itself were great. Late check-in was accepted. Communication via WhatsApp was easy.

Only one separate toilet and one bathroom. In that bathroom there are 2 showers with only a flimsy separation and a toilet in that same space. Very inconvenient for a group and not clearly marked in the description. Kitchen was old and not user-friendly especially water was cold most of the time. Nothing was available from tea, coffee or salt and oil. Only one handtowel and no kitchen towel to dry dishes. For the price we paid, I found it quite scandalous compared to other apartments we have stayed. The living room , for such a big group (apartment), was ridiculously small and there aren't enough chairs nor a big enough table to all sit together and eat. Check out was very much pushy. We could not check out even 1 hour later. They knocked on the door 20 minutes before we had to check out, not a nice experience. I don't recommend staying here. The price is way too high for the inconvenience despite the nice central location in Eixample.
