the guest service was excellent. The room met what we expected for such a short notice stay. The mgr was so helpful and concerned about how he could improve the stay. We were very pleased and will stay again here
A bigger fridge with a freezer would be nice. Ceiling fans would have helped with the heat. Parking was a little tight. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needed a little attention (shower faucet handles, sink drain)

My experience was amazing at this hotel, the owners were the kindest people I’ve met throughout any of my travel experiences.. and I travel a lot! Location was top notch, walking distance to the beach and pier, cool coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the neighborhood was beautiful for morning coffee and walks. The owners hospitality was heartwarming, they remembered me by name and were beyond accommodating. It was quiet, bed was very comfortable and parking was always available and on site. I have dubbed this hotel at my go-to for future trips! Can’t wait to stay there again!

The location is great. There are restaurants within walking distance. If you choose the suite with 2 queen beds, the beds are separated. One in the general area and one in a separate "room". It's perfect for family with older kids as they can have separate room.
The room has a musty smell. If you have allergies, you might have issues. The sink is on the other side of the room, not in the same general area as the bathroom. It's a bit inconvenient if you want to go to the bathroom and need to use the sink.
