Lots of room, well furnished & comfortable
Bathroom did’t have an extractor fan and smelled musty. Towel rail holder not properly fitted (loose)
Could have done with coffee table and perhaps some throws for the cooler evenings.

Spacious and comfortable.
Check in instructions were very clear but we received them too late.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
Slept well in the large bed.
Prompt replies from owner when messages sent.
Loved the friendly grey.cat.
The location was ideal. Local pub 10 minute walk. Bus stops literally right outside the property with regular services to York and Hull at only £3.00 a journey ( July 2025)
Didnt like all the cobwebs, especially in the bedroom
There were not enough coat hangers ( I can not travel light )
Didn't like to use an open pack of coffee.
Lots of overhanging plants / trees on the path to the property.
Bedside lamp wasn't plugged in on the right-hand side and couldn't see any socket to put it in.
