La grande piscine, très propre et bien entretenue, ainsi que l'emplacement pratique : la plage et le tramway sont accessibles en une dizaine de minutes à pied, et une boulangerie française se trouve à seulement 7 minutes. La climatisation est également appréciable et l'hôte s'est montré très réactif, disponible et arrangeant tout au long de notre séjour.
Quelques points mériteraient d'être améliorés. L'absence d'éclairage dans le jardin ne permet pas de profiter pleinement des extérieurs en soirée.
La cuvette des toilettes était cassée et nous tombait dans le dos.
Les portes des chambres présentaient également des problèmes : celle de la chambre principale était cassée et ne fermait pas, tandis que la fermeture de l'autre chambre provoquait des odeurs désagréables.
La cuisine manque de certains ustensiles de base, comme une passoire ou un tire-bouchon.
Enfin, l'isolation phonique est limitée, notamment dans la chambre principale où nous entendions les voisins dans leur cuisine.

Sólo está a 19 minutos de la playa...cerca supermercado Día y Consum andando.Tram Carrabiners cerca.La piscina fenomenal aunque se caen los gressites,,servicio de lavandería,el aire acondicionado ruidoso pero enfría muy bien,la zona ajardinada.La comunicación con la anfitriona,servicio de barbacoa
El apartamento 2 estaba bien,amplio.En el dormitorio de la entrada suena mucho la máquina exterior del aire acondicionado que está colgado.La tapa del wc estaba desajustado,la tele no tenía los canales básicos ya que necesitaban contraseña al ser por streaming y la propietaria no sabía instalarla,mientras comes no puedes verla xk está en un salón aparte,,la puerta del dormitorio principal estaba rota y no cerraba al ser corredera,el baño huele bastante mal teníamos que echar lejía continuamente,los mosquitos pican mucho,la zona exterior tendría que tener unos toldos porque estás comiendo y te caen todas las hojas encima,poner iluminación exterior en las mesas porque no se vé para cenar o tomar algo,los muebles súper antiguos como cogidos de la calle,en el dormitorio principal suenan las tuberías de la vivienda de arriba iría un baño o cocina porque la pared del dormitorio es de azulejo.Un abre botellas no vendría mal.Nos encontramos una amiga araña en la cocina

The grounds of this place were probably the best part. The pool was shared between the 3 accommodations. It was clean, had sunbeds and umbrellas, and best of all, it was all ours as the other 2 accommodations weren't using it.
Each accommodation also had a designated little garden with tables, chairs, benches, etc, as well as a barbecue you could use for €20 (which included the charcoal and everything else you might need).
Everything you could need was provided, from pans, pots, plates, cutlery, salt, olive oil, etc in the kitchen, to shower gel and shampoo in the shower. Definitely very useful and much appreciated.
The accommodation itself was great. It had some old furniture but it was perfectly functional. Internet worked well and a smart TV was present.
Neighbours were doing construction work so the sound of angle grinders, hammers and workers shouting were part of the experience. Of course, work needs to be done and they can't control what the neighbours are doing, but good to know that if you're looking for perfect silence, this won't be for you.
One suggestion for the owners - put some felt pads or something on the kitchen chairs' legs as they make a horrendous noise whenever moved.
