Your cozy getaway awaits in Cathlamet at this spacious & cozy upstairs 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. As you are located in the Heart of Cathlamet you can walk everywhere, or at least to The Cottage, Elochoman, Marina, River Mile 38 Brew Pub, Downtown Cathlamet and all points in between. This upstairs apartment sits up high allowing good views of the surrounding area. The apartment has a full kitchen ready to make a snack or a full-on dinner. The kitchen is equipped with drip coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, insta pot, toaster oven, and all utensils. There are also a variety of spices and some condiments that can be used. The two bedrooms are spacious with queen beds, ceiling fans and a closet. The apartment offers all the necessary amenities like WiFi, smart TV, heating, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer (this is located downstairs, see pics), iron and ironing board. The full bathroom comes fully stocked with towels and wash clothes. It is equipped with a hair dryer as well. There is a small yard that includes a gas BBQ and picnic table. Both are available for use. The apartment is steps from the Elochoman Marina and boat ramp, so access to launch your boat or kayak is literally at your back door. Come to Cathlamet and explore the area, as it is full of adventure and/or come to relax at the apartment and walk round exploring Town.
