Alles was super, mega kontakt mit der Besitzerin. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist super, vor allem wenn man nach ruhige Umgebung sucht.

La casa on és l'apartament esta en un lloc molt tranquil. Encara que São Miguel és l'illa més gran de les Açores tot és molt a prop en cotxe. El lloc, als afores de Pedreira, amb unes vistes al mar magnífiques, és preciós. . Pots veure sortir el sol al mati ja que dona a l'est. L'apartament és ample, net i còmode. Una cuina gran i amb tot el necessari. Un sala interior i una exterior. Una habitació al pis inferior i un altre al primer pis.

La situation, au bout de ce petit village et face à la mer, était très agréable même s’il faut la mériter avec une route en forte pente !
Tout était très propre et joliment arrangé.
Malgré l’humidité de la région, une grande attention à conserver la maison saine. Une très agréable véranda lumineuse vue sur la mer.
La route pour arriver est très raide et un peu difficile. La terrasse, très bien placée, pourrait être plus chaleureuse. Le salon n’est pas éclairé par la lumière naturelle.
