Très grande chambre avec grande salle de bain privée, calme, propre, climatisée, avec beaucoup de cachet et extrêmement bien située en plein coeur de la vibrante rue Wellington. Prix imbattable.

Well located by Green line Wellington metro station and stores/restaurants. Comfortable beds, ample size room (2 beds/private bath)
Common areas not well cleaned - the stove and refrigerator were filthy. Dirty linens were tossed in the bedroom closet. The porch had half filled paper coffee cups with cigarettes on the table and a rusty treadmill.
Breakfast was very sparse - K-cups, instant coffee, sugar, powder creamer and white bread only.
Decor could be improved - mismatched bedsheets and curtains are very dated.
Also important to note that the apt has three bedrooms with two shared bathrooms and one bedroom with a private bathroom; the kitchen, living room and porch are shared spaces.

Location is good, price is reasonable.
Door is so stiff, needs maintenance for the key entry. Explanation of everything is written in broken English so it is confusing.
There is dust everywhere, and in half the cupboards he has his own personal junk, mail everywhere as well. On the patio is a load of broken junk like an old ruined treadmill. It's really lazily tidied. At the end of the day it's being used for guests so it needs clearing out properly.
One of the two beds was horrendously springy and damaged, and we couldn't close the curtains as they were duct taped to a ventilation unit. So poor and a massive lack of effort to make it a pleasant homely experience for guests.
