Spotlessly clean, newly renovated Palazzo. It’s very well organised, self check in is easy. Lovely shared terrace and great location. Breakfast is in a cafe up the road but that didn’t bother us. Would stay here again
Bit noisy in the morning but that’s the case in many places. We were jet lagged so out of sync anyway. Cleaning is only done if you vacate room early which is also fair enough. Easy to keep the room clean anyway as spotless when you get it.

A localização, 10 minutos a pé da ilha, centro histórico, de Gallipoli, com várias possibilidades de estacionamento nas redondezas, uns pagos outros gratuitos. As instalações remetem para um verdadeiro Palácio, as instalações são excelentes, espaçosas, amplas e funcionais. O serviço de arrumação do quarto é competente. O acesso ao anfitrião é simples e prático, com um check-in online, partilhou um pequeno video totalmente esclarecedor sobre o acesso ao edifício e quarto. Cama de casal com colchoes de qualidade. Disponibiliza um terraço com uma vista lateral para o mar, muito agradável. Ofereceu um pequeno "mimo" que muito apreciámos.
Podem ponderar a melhoria do sistema de pequeno almoço, é disponibilizado fora do alojamento, e reduzido a um bolo (croissant ou similar) e um café (ou capuccino, ou algo equivalente). Como acrescentar um pouco de fruta por exemplo...

El alojamiento está bien situado y tuvieron el detalle de obsequiarnos con una figurita típica de allí.
La habitación es grande.
El edificio no tiene ascensor.
La habitación tiene el baño arriba, subiendo una empinada escalera de caracol, lo que hace la estancia bastante incómoda. Además, el aire acondicionado solo está en la habitación, por lo que usar el baño suponía ponerte a sudar a medida que subías las escaleras. La cama es bastante ruidosa, cada vez que te mueves tú o tu acompañante cruje la estructura.
No tiene sentido que se llame Luxury la verdad, el baño es anticuado y la cocinita es bastante cutrecilla.
