The Mountain Apartment:
Every detail of this Nature-Inspired apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a unique guest experience of relaxation, tranquility and inspiration, providing everything you could need for a great vacation or staycation!

One bedroom, one full bath & a brand new, high quality Queen sofa bed for 2 more guests, sleeping up to 4.

Super comfy bed(s), luxurious furniture and inspiring artwork through out.

The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee or espresso, a coffee press, tea kettle, coffee, tea and sugar and enough water to start you off or for a short stay. We have cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
There is a state of the art delonghi toaster oven (as well as the regular oven and stove), blender, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, utensils, mixer, air fryer, baking sheets, wine glasses & opener and more.

The full bathroom also has a bidet and a lovely view of nature from the shower. There are toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash), towels, hand towels and make up remover face towels.
Nothing *quite like* viewing wildlife from the shower!

The apartment has two patios, one with a BBQ grill and dining set that sits beneath a cascading mountain where you can often hear or see the local wild life, such as foxes, deer and bob cats. Both patios have Edison lights that go on at night for the ultimate evening atmosphere.

The Garden Apartment: The Garden Apartment is the perfect compliment to The Mountain Apartment and is truly like no other Vacation Rental you’ve ever stayed in!
Designed with every single detail attended to, every corner will leave you inspired and wanting more. Artwork through out, inspiring books, smart TVs, high speed WIFI, a super comfy king bed and a fireplace for cozy evenings.

You’ll definitely want to visit at least once during your trip, whether it’s just for cocktails, brunch or an unforgettable dinner out.

There are tons of beautiful hikes and trails near by and specifically the backbone trail is walkable from the property. If you’re a biker wanting to visit, there are many great areas for biking. As for beaches we recommend? Where do we even begin. Between Topanga state beach, Malibu, Zuma & El Matador, you really can’t go wrong.

Tons of delicious and award winning restaurants in both Malibu & Calabasas- ask us for recommendations depending on what you’re in the mood for.
Instacart does deliver to the property and Uber and Lyft are accesible as well.
We cater to a lot of guests that come into town to visit or work at Pepperdine because the property is in a prime location for that commute (being about a 12 minute drive away)
