I liked many things. To begin, the management has created a seamless process to check-in, check-out, and communicate with them. The staff I communicated with was helpful and courteous. The location was great. You don't hear a lot of the street noise either. The unit itself was modern and well-maintained. 2 full bathrooms was a big plus. These are only some of the many good things coming to mind.
I was under the impression that I would have a view of the Arc de Triomf, but, I just had a view of the backyard. Also, they should mop the floor between guests.

1. close to Metro station, bus stop and train station, which allowed us to get around the city quickly and also to a beach out of the city. 2. Old city and lively quarter el Born in walking distance. 3. Lovely park nearby (Ciutadella)4. Port and beachfront in proximity (easily reached by bus or even by walk). 4. several food shops around and two restaurants just in front of of the building 5. In spite of the location, we had a good sleep at night without disturbing noise. The flat is probably well insulated and the windows are not directed to the main street.

Property was better than expected. It was well appointed with supplies and very comfortable. There was room for everyone to spread out. Location was central and awesome.
The only 'issue' we found was a lack of hot water if more than one person was showering or if you had back to back showers. I larger or more effecient heater would be appreciated.

they gave me a wrong check in details that's why we didnt get inside our apartment right away i had to call their customer service
