Rooms are comfy. Location is great as we like to fish banks lake. The rooms have been updated to hardwood flooring. There is no staff on site but they answer pretty quick to email and or text. If you need extra things they have it on site for you to grab.
There was a popcorn bag of cooked popcorn in the dresser but other than that it was pretty clean.

I really liked the layout of the rooms for our group. We had four people in one room and 2 in another. The rooms were separated with equal access to the bathroom, which was great. Loved having a largish refrigerator. There are not a lot of options near Sun Lakes, so this really worked for our family. We had other family staying at the lake. Air conditioning worked very well and it was very clean. It’s an unattended check in, which is convenient. Good communication. Very well priced.
It’s pretty dated and bare bones, and the carpet could use to be replaced.
