Perfect location! Central to everything Surfers has to offer loved the indoor heated pool…so good on the rainy weekends!
The only part that was annoying is having to pick up keys from a different location and drop them back.

Location, ocean views and hotel amenities are all fantastic. Room is well appointed with a comfortable layout. Room displayed signs of wear and was not as clean as I would have expected.

We have stayed on two occasions, once on the north facing side and once on the south facing side. We much prefer the north facing side due to the sun.
Unfortunately though with this stay we had some issues that will probably prevent us from returning. The noise from the quests below was unacceptably loud when they were using their deck to a point where we needed to close the sliding doors. I think the sound just bounced of the glass balustrade and made it sound like they were in our apartment. The second issue was that the bed linen in the master bedroom was thread bare and well passed its use by date.
Other than that, we love Soul on the Esplande, its location, its facilities and the apartment layouts.
