Overall good place to stay. Kids loved the horses.
Could do with a blind or curtain on the high window in the lounge room as morning sun is too bright for anyone using sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable.

Lovely property and a short drive into Armadale. The room was one of three that shared a bathroom and toilet. This was fine the night we stayed as there were no other guests. However, Tony is planning to add ensuites. He was a genial host with lots of local information. Great breakfast.
