Set hillside behind a private gate up on the eastern bench in the heart of Dry Creek Valley our 1-bedroom cottage is located on a picturesque 30-acre vineyard property situated in Healdsburg in the heart of Dry Creek Valley.
The property is just a 2 minute drive to the historic Dry Creek General Store, 8-10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg Plaza and Lake Sonoma, and is conveniently located near dozens of local wineries, tasting rooms, award winning restaurants and boutique shops making it an ideal spot for your luxurious, high-end, cozy wine country getaway.
Our vineyards are planted to Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Cabernet Sauvignon and we produce 6 different wines under the Fat Dragon label using our estate fruit.

This is a beautiful cottage nestled in a vineyard overlooking the Dry Creek Valley in Healdsburg. It is about five miles out of town but it never seemed too far to go to experience the things we wanted to do. The layout is great for a couple. The finishes are beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming and personable and eager to talk about the wine country and all it has to offer. We had a great couple of days here and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Fat Dragon. The Dry Creek Valley location is amazing, with incredible views, just 5min drive from Healdsburg and Lake Sonoma. The cottage is fantastic with an large back porch, expansive views,
