Excellent views of the surrounding area ,out of the town for a quieter stay and very good facilities
There are stairs that are quiet steep, ok for younger people but a bit daunting for elderly

With a room on the first floor there are fabulous views of the sea and the mountains behind. Kaikoura is beautiful. There is also a lovely walk round the peninsula from the property where we saw a lot of fur seals. The room is well-equipped and clean. Lovely stay.
