Ci è piaciuto tutto: la struttura è molto bella, curata, pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la posizione e l’atmosfera.
Nulla in particolare, siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Schoon, vriendelijk personeel en centraal gelegen.

I looked at quite a few places to stay in Valencia while planning our trip, and in the end, we chose this one. I’m really glad we did.
Communication before our arrival was easy and straightforward, and we could check in online in advance, which made everything very simple once we got there. The location in Benimaclet was also a big plus for us. It’s a lively, atmospheric neighborhood where we felt safe throughout our stay, and having bus, metro, and tram stops just a block away made getting around Valencia incredibly easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a pharmacy and a grocery store, which is especially convenient if you don’t feel like heading into the city center for every meal.
The accommodation itself is modern, tidy, and very clean. Our room was a good size for two people, and I particularly liked the bathroom, even the little signs encouraging guests not to waste water were a thoughtful detail. The bed was very comfortable, and we absolutely loved the pillows. The lighting and interior design made the room feel warm and cozy, and there was plenty of storage space as well as a good-sized fridge.
Although Benimaclet is a lively area, the street itself was surprisingly quiet. We weren’t disturbed by noise in the evenings, and even when we came back to rest during the afternoon, it was peaceful. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which made a huge difference in the Valencia heat.
Another thing we really liked was the PIN-code entry instead of traditional keys or cards. It was nice not having to keep track of a room key all the time. We only asked for cleaning every other day, but each time we came back afterwards, the room felt fresh and spotless again.
The staff were lovely as well. The woman who checked us in (Denize, if I remember correctly) and a gentleman at the front desk were the two people we saw most often during our stay. They were always friendly and welcoming.

La tranquilidad del lugar
Que te carguen una fianza en tarjeta a la llegada y que no se devuelva inmediatamente en la salida. Se procesa la devolución una vez revisan la habitación y una vez ya te has marchado, sin dejarte opción a estar presente en tal comprobación, puede generar inconvenientes.
