I rented a studio room with a kitchenette, which came in handy, because it had the basic utensils for cooking. The room was well kept, with a private bathroom that had everything needed. It had a well functioning AC, much needed in the summer. It's visibly a student dorm, repurposed for tourists in the summer, but with the upkeep of a hotel. The breakfast was nice, nothing fancy, but it had everything you would need - food, drinks & desserts of your choice. It's in a good location, the center is easily accesible with public transport & it's a good value for money.
The fire alarm was activated in the entire hotel during our stay, which caused a loud noise & stopped all the elevators (we were on a high floor), but it was a false alarm & quickly resolved.

Modern and clean dormitory rooms, kind staff, good location.
The breakfast is very simple, and the mattress is not the most comfortable one.

Asked for two single beds, instead got small double bed. It was impossible for two adults to sleep comfortably on the bed. The bathroom shower had mould and they did not change towels when cleaning the room. Even when asked for new towels they only gave one set for two adults
