The location is absolutely perfect! It’s very close to Rua Augusta and the river, yet away from the tourist crowds.
We loved the modern renovation and how well-equipped the apartment was. Having an elevator and a washing machine was a big plus.

Modern, nicely furnished and spacious.
Great location for exploring Lisbon and short walk to Alfama district.
Apart from a clothes rail and some hangers there was no other clothes storage. A chest of drawers would be really helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Hygge House Downtown Lisbon.
From the moment we arrived, the place had that fresh, well looked-after feeling, with everything tidy, comfortable and clearly cared for.
The location is honestly one of its best parts. You are right in the heart of downtown Lisbon, close to Praça do Comércio, Rossio, Alfama, Chiado and the waterfront, with cafés, restaurants and shops all around. It is the kind of place where you can step outside and immediately feel the city.
Breakfast at the café downstairs was excellent, fresh and relaxed, and it became a really nice part of our morning routine.
The staff were wonderful: kind, helpful and easy to talk to.
Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place, with a warm feeling.
We would happily stay here again.

Perfect location! The room has some smells. the toaster is too big and take too much space on the counter
The water will get out easily when taking a shower, because the design of the ground doesn’t have an enough slope.
