Odalar çok geniş, Temiz, iki banyo ve tuvalet var, ev çok şık, mutfak harika tüm ekipmanlar fazlasıyla var. gerçekten şehrin kalbinde sahile çok yakın metro istasyonlarında tramvaylara çok yakın bir lokasyonda toplu taşıma kullanmanıza hiç gerek kalmaz, biz üçüncü katta kaldık muhteşemdi manzara harikaydı pencereler çok geniş, perde yok şikayetleri var ancak harika perde yerine geçen tahta panjur kapıları var pencerelerde bence perdeden daha güzel.
Biraz daha düşük fiyatlı olabilir :)

the location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated
They were not particularly responsive when I had questions about how to check in, it took a while for them to reply and they did not provide check in instructions until I reached out and asked for them, which was slightly after the agreed upon check in time. While it all worked out, it added a little unnecessary stress.

The location was amazing-right in the middle of Lisbon. Perfect for shops, restaurants, transport and the castle.
The lift was broken throughout our stay and the flights of stairs were super steep so dragging 2x20kg suitcases up and down 3 flights of them was not for the faint hearted. It is a really good job we’re a fairly fit family.
The property owner didn’t reply to any messages leading up to check in. So much so I’d started the process of trying to cancel via Booking.com as thought they’d taken my money and done a runner. They finally replied the day before check in. I confirmed our 3pm check in to find the apartment hadn’t even started to be cleaned at that point. After wandering around for a few hours to kill time. We finally got access at 6:30pm. I don’t think this is acceptable when we are told we could check in from 3pm.
Whilst clean, a few things could do with being fixed such as a shower curtain (or something similar) in the en-suite bathroom-not having this meant the floor was flooded every time. The en-suite shower and shelf were also hanging off the wall.
