Would not stay again

The only good thing about it is that was within walking distance of the Atocha station

Cozy well functioned furnished apartment for possibly 3 persons ( need some repairments / upgrade )

This apartment was quite close to Atocha Railway Station, so close to the return point of rent car of BUDGET, so it was so convenient to us, and facity of apartment was cozy however well functioned and remote separated from other rooms and apartment. So we nicely enjoyed this stay.

However, entry to building and to exactly apartment room was quite troublesome, even though we had followed owner's instruction in 20 minutes repeatly. Finally, we could enter the building, then the apartment magnetic door safety lock was maybe not well functioned ( we had pressed about 5 minutes, but not unlocked !!!) Then, two spanish guests helped me to communicated with owner, then all the problems were solved, then we could enjoy this apartment very well. I guess the owner should repair the builing entrance calling rings, door lock, apartment room magnetic safety lock !!!

The location, price, and small kitchen were perfect for our last few days in Madrid.

The room was very nice inside, bright colors (loved the blue ceiling and decor), tall ceilings, clean, new windows, and with all modern updates.

As stated in other reviews, there is a tinted glass sliding door for the bathroom, which doesn’t allot for much privacy, but was workable for our small family. I used the 2 pots for preparing the small meals we had because the frying pan was peeling and needs to be replaced. For guests not familiar with the sorting and taking out garbage in Spain, it would be more convenient to just leave it in the place when checking out.

El ruido. Cada vez que entraba un nuevo huésped, sonaba el tiemble. En realidad, más que un apartamento, lo llamaría habitación con pequeña cocina.
