Location was great for a Jays game! That was very convenient for us. Space was clean and comfortable. As for the booking, we misunderstood the listing and thought we booked a space with two rooms for three people. There was only one room for two and a sofa for the third person to sleep on, so ensure you are booking what you are looking for. The elevator situation was tough during peak times. We waited nearly an hour for one going down from our floor. If you are not far from the 27th floor, take the low rise elevator up and walk up the stairs - I promise it will be quicker. Otherwise, we had a decent stay!

Property was excellent. Location was perfect looking out over CN tower and easy to link to most areas. Accommodation was better than expected with 2 showers. Only issue was booking in. It was a third party rather than reception which was confusing. They did try to communicate with us on morning of entry but we were on plane. Over all a good service and response when needing help

I dont know where to start
We were 3 people on a business trip for 5 days. We had to cancel our stay at RIU hotel for the bad customer service we go lt. so i had to book some place as last minute, it was almost midnight! So i found this listing with a reasonable price and very close to MTCC where the event was held.
It was the best stay ever
The unit is spacious, clean, cozy, had everything you would need except for coffee ;-)
Bed mattress and pillows were super comfy. Everything just felt like being at home :-)
Excellent communication!
Will definitely come back again..no more hotel stays for me
