This lovely cabin offers a tremendous experience for guests. Nestled in a serene setting, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature's beauty. The cozy, memory foam queen bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. The bathroom offers a refreshing outdoor shower with plenty of hot water. The bathroom facilities feature an outhouse with state of the art Nature’s Head composting toilet. The front porch is a great spot for morning coffee or tea. An exploratory spin on the kayaks around the three acre pond is very relaxing Fishing is also an option. Raspberries and blueberries are available in season, apples and cider in the fall and the chickens gladly share their eggs for a tasty breakfast. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a bit more adventurous getaway, our cabin is the perfect choice. Emi and I had such a meaningful stay at this cabin. From the moment we arrived, the host family treated us like we were part of their own family. They are truly salt of the earth people. Genuine, caring, welcoming, and the kind of people you do not forget. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The cabin itself was peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was exactly the kind of quiet retreat we needed. Emi especially enjoyed spending time playing with the host’s grandchildren and had so much fun making memories there. Unfortunately, Emi had an accident during our trip and we ended up needing to take her to the ER and leave a night early. Even during such a stressful moment, the host family was incredibly compassionate and supportive, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Despite our trip ending unexpectedly, we left feeling grateful for the experience and for the wonderful people we met. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful place hosted by truly goodhearted people.

Location was wonderful! Listened to geese and tree frogs. Cabin was adorable! Owner was super helpful offering to build a fire for my arrival. Wish I could have extended my stay.

This is a wonderful property with a rustic cabin. The cabin was cozy and a welcome escape. It is perfect for a relaxed, unplugged vacation. We really enjoyed sampling a few blueberries and blackberries from nearby bushes. The outdoor shower was stocked with basic toiletries, however having only 1 towel per person for the entire stay led to prioritizing sun-towel drying times, but this was a minor adjustment. The compost toilet had well laid out instructions, save for where you dispose of TP as the print out provided only says 'refer to host for proper disposal'. We loved our time at this cabin and we would absolutely stay here again!
