Welcome to our beautiful Villa!
This spacious house features a huge kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with oven, and all the kitchenware you need. There are two dining areas, one for small groups and one for larger gatherings. The living room boasts a smart 65" TV with a beautiful view of the backyard. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms including an ensuite bedroom with a Jacuzzi and queen bed with romantic lighting. Another bedroom has a full bed, third one has a bunk bed, and the fourth room has tow floor mattress
Outside, you can relax on the patio with outdoor kitchen and BBQ, enjoy the heated swimming pool (secured with gates for safety), and a Hot Tub 🔥
Parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Our stay was good, beds were comfortable, check in was easy, neighborhood was quite, the tenants down stairs were great, nice back yard, the owner responded quickly. Only couple things I would say is it could have been cleaned a better, barbeque was really dirty, could use more cutlery and dishes.

House is spacious and clean and as described. Kitchen could use some more dishes/plates/glasses/mugs but everything is in working order. The pool is lovely but we found it challenging to get to the pool deck. I am a large woman and I was traveling with an Aunt who has had a hip replaced. Large rocks to climb or heavy garden growth and stones to walk through to get to pool area. Front door also has a large step off the ground into the front door. Once inside the house (had to use side entrance as could not manage front steps) All in all we enjoyed our stay. Mobility issue possibly more than a rental issue. Host is very attentive and responds very quickly

My husband and I have stayed at many rental properties over the years, and while we appreciated certain aspects of this stay, it was not one of our favorite rental experiences.The property manager was responsive, easy to communicate with, and did their best to address concerns during our stay, which we appreciated.When we arrived, the grass had not been cut, and a landscaper unexpectedly entered the backyard on Friday afternoon to mow the lawn while our young children were outside. A heads up would have been appreciated, especially since we were traveling with a baby and visiting our newborn niece.The hot tub was also dirty upon arrival. While the property manager eventually cleaned it, this happened on our last day, limiting our ability to enjoy it. We also found garbage and belongings from previous guests stuffed into closets, which made the property feel less prepared for new arrivals.For those planning to cook, the kitchen is minimally equipped with only one pot and one pan, and the oven would not heat above approximately 320F, making meal preparation challenging.Overall, there are some things that could be improved to make future guests' stays more comfortable. We appreciated the communication from the property manager, but it would have been nice if the property had been fully ready and maintained before our arrival.
