The location wasn't central Alicante town but it was an easy 8 minute walk away which was great as we weren't paying central Alicante prices
There was nothing we didn't like, although we didn't see any staff the whole time we were there which meant we didn't have our room cleaned. Although, I feel if I have contacted them and asked for it it would have happened so not a huge issue

The property was stylish and comfortable. Particularly liked the idea of shutters, this made us feel very safe in an apartment block with no staff manning.
Short walk from town, walk down is grand however, walk back when it’s warm can be a bit much but manageable- easily got to via bus transport which is easily worked. Would definitely stay here again
Nothing we didn’t like- some people may not like the fact there is no staff however we didn’t need anything during our stay the room had everything we needed and staff would have been easily contacted via booking.com or the WhatsApp they provide.

Lovely rooftop terrace and a very modern room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning and good kitchen facilities
There was an awful smell out of the fridge which didn’t leave the entire week. Our towels were not changed after requesting them to be and the apartment wasn’t cleaned. It was a good 15 min walk from the strip which was uphill on the way back up

The rooms were modern and overall clean
There was an extremely bad smell coming from the fridge. We bought food prior to checking the fridge which had to go to waste as we physically couldn’t use it due to the horrendous smell, the smell then lingered in the room for the whole duration of the stay. The air con was very temperamental. You had to have it at a high temperature to be relatively comfortable, anything below 26 degrees you were absolutely freezing, which caused myself and my husband not to be able to sleep the first two nights, the last night we managed to figure it out. Also no duvet was made up only provided with a sheet to sleep with, if you wanted a duvet you had to make it up yourself which is stored in the room. Beds were quite hard. There is no receptionist to speak to. You have to contact someone via booking.com. Pool wasn’t the cleanest.
