The location is definitely worth the price, close to the main beach area and literally in the central part. The staff is nice and friendly, the guidance is easy to follow when checking in, can’t expect more than this for such a perfect location.
The sound-proofing is not ideal, but glad that it was quiet at the few nights we lived there, no other negative experience noticed other than this.

The room was clean and modern and only a couple of streets behind the marina so very close to all shop bars and restaurants. It was only a five minute walk to the beach.
There was no view, but it is what we expected because of where the property was situated
