The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and the view was breathtaking, making our time in BGC relaxing and enjoyable.The location was spot-on and made everything effortlessly convenient and the staff was attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made a difference in our overall experience.
The only minor issue we experienced was water dripping from the air conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom. It’s an easy fix, but we wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be serviced for future guests.

Booking was smooth and easy the first day.. I continued my stay and was almost kicked out by all the staff, ha I g to prove to them (after walking in on me) that my stay was valid. The unit was clean efficient loaded with good amenities. TV was filled with all the streaming services and the internet was great. The door man were attentive, polite and very helpful. Front house administration were very helpful and friendly.
Live band on the rooftop and the ambiance.

The owner has an automatic generated response and getting a hold of her can take hours. The rooftop bar staff (w/ the exception of a few) RSVP required though the place is empty! Why? Then was sent the wrong beverage thinking it was what we talked about. Food options not the greatest with fatty steaks!
Largest cockroach ever (only 1) came under the main door. Minor complaint tho
TV in bedroom and the sound bar didn’t work.

I like the king bed that we've all fit in including my young kids. The location is amazing, just in front of SM Aura and there is a convenience store downstairs that is open 24hrs. It has everything that we need, it even has washing machine and clothes airer. The balcony also has a stunning view.
Too many furniture/appliances that there is no space left for our kids to move around with our large luggages in. The white carpet is quite dirty and needs deep cleaning or maybe not really needed to be there.
