Wonderful apartment; the neighborhood, the apartment, the host Francisco. Apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely with stores, restaurants. bakeries, deli, meat markets. It is located less than 1 mile from the Colosseum - an easy walk. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the main train station and the City Center. Absolutely quiet at night, no interrupted sleep. Comfortable bed / pillows (medium firm) and remote-control retractable blinds.
The apartment is perfect, newly remodeled & super clean. A full kitchen with gas stove, microwave dishwasher, oven, sandwich press, coffee machine. Combination washer & dryer. Kitchen had all staples - salt, pepper, etc. The bath had soap, shampoo, blow dryer, etc. Every detail was thought of.
The heating & air-conditioning is controlled by the guest. You have full control & can adjust yourself at any time! This is a real bonus as many apartments are controlled by the host w/ set hours of heat or cooling. We loved that! There is an elevator! The apartment is on floor 3 (which is the 4th floor) with a courtyard view.
Easy check in, and the host Francisco took the time to discuss nearby stores, restaurants, attractions - he speaks, English, Italian & French. He brought extra coffee& bottled water - although you can drink the delicious tap water. Contact was re: text message & 'Whatsapp' - he was always available.
This is the best apartment we have ever had on our years of travel. We really did ' feel at home'. If we ever travel to Rome again, we will definetly stay here.

公寓位于安静且安全的居民区，附近步行可到达的很多各色的餐厅，步行几十米有两个超市，附近200米左右还有两个公交车站，总之，购物吃饭外出都很方便。
公寓配备了小厨房以及洗衣机，居家设备很齐全。
非现场的入住手续也很便捷。
百页窗遮光效果不太好，早上被阳光叫醒。
地板有点老旧。

Very clean, quiet and relaxing ambiance, accessible and close to everything. The staff are very helpful and response quickly to my inquiries.
Everything is fine. One small thing, the shower door doesn’t close well.
