Struttura molto bella e pulita. Dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa la macchinetta per le bevande calde a disposizione gratuitamente. Ottima posizione per i trasporti pubblici. Avevamo la fermata del tram per andare a Venezia proprio sotto casa. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile ed eloquente. Colazione molto buona

Tolle Lage an der Bus und Bahnstation nach Venedig. Kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück, großer Parkplatz.

Der Empfang war sehr gut organisiert! Der Besitzer ist sehr nett , sehr höflich und sehr diskret. Ich habe zum 40. Meiner Frau diese Reise gebucht und das dem Besitzer erzählt. Er hatte sofort gefragt ob er für meine Frau nicht einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen für Abends besorgen soll und als Überraschung in den Kühlschrank stellt. Ich fand den Gedanken mega und für 20 € gabs ne kleine Früchtetorte für zwei Personen. Warum ich so ausgiebig darüber schreibe ? Weil es den Charakter eines Menschen zeigt und der ist hier ausgesprochen sehr gut.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut strukturiert.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Kein typisch italienisches sondern eher europäisches Frühstück.
Ja die Abflüsse riechen wenn man länger weg war. Das liegt aber an der Hebeanlage die das Abwasser abtransportiert. Einfach spühlen und nach 5 min ist alles gut. Kein Mangel in unseren Augen.
Wir würden wieder buchen zu 100% und bedanken uns für die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft!

The apartment was in a very good location, close to the center of Mestre and only about 5 minutes away from Venice by tram, which was very convenient. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the communication was fine.
The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. One of the bed covers clearly had not been changed. When we opened the sheets, we found crumbs and hair inside, which was quite disappointing. Other than that, the apartment itself was good.
