Besides all these minor problems, i really enjoy my stay, specially as i was sick and had a minor surgery during that ti

the location, the decor, the comfort

There were a few basic things missing like corkscrew and wine glasses, salt but no pepper, vinegar but no oil, no detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine, etc… The dishwasher triggered an electric fault. It took almost 10 days for an electrician to come by and the dishwasher was never repaired. The lighting in the kitchen is not appropriate. More importantly, the support team was completely erratic in their internal communication as well as with me. Which makes me wonder what would happen if i couldn’t enter the apartment if the battery on my phone was exhausted, as the only way to enter is via the app and the electronic cylinder. I recommend to have a spare battery fully charged as a back-up.
